Hotels in Iberia.com is an online hotel reservation and booking service for the clients of Iberia.com, completely developed and maintained by Online Travel Limited which will be solely responsible for all aspects of this service.

Why do I need to give my credit card details?
When you make a reservation through Hotels in Iberia.com you are required to give your credit card details, this is used for the following purposes:

  • For the majority of bookings, Hotels in Iberia.com will charge your credit card in advance for the total amount for your reservation.
  • In certain cases, you will be charged at the end of your stay by the hotel itself and are therefore able to pay by cash or credit card as you so choose. In such instances, Hotels in Iberia.com will use your credit card as a guarantee of your reservation.

In order to distinguish between when a booking will be charged by Hotels in Iberia.com or by the hotel itself, please refer to your confirmation email or the hotel description page on Hotels in Iberia.com. Both of which include details of the method of payment.

Please take note that should you not take advantage of your hotel reservation, the hotel does have the right to charge a cancellation fee (via your credit card entered on Hotels in Iberia.com) equivalent to a minimum of one nights stay.

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa for everything, and American Express and Switch for some items. This is dependent on the particular supplier of the product/item you wish to purchase. Please note however that we do not accept Electron or Solo cards at present.

Are the prices by person or by room?
All the hotel prices listed on Hotels in Iberia.com are per room and per night, unless otherwise indicated. Taxes (VAT) are included. The only taxes that are not included are local taxes that exist in certain regions, (Paris, Amsterdam, …) and these vary according to the hotel type and location. In such instances, the tax must be paid directly to the hotel.

Does the price include any food?
If food is included in the price it will be clearly indicated on the website in the information concerning the type of room you are reserving. (for instance the description might say 'double room, including breakfast', or 'double room, half board'). In the case that no such description exists then the offer is for accommodation only.

What is the purpose of the 'Special Requirements' box which appears on the hotel reservation page?
This section is there for you to fill in any special preferences you might have with respect to your hotel stay. (e.g. twin beds, ground floor room, external views etc). Please take note that although Hotels in Iberia.com will inform the hotel of your request, at no point can we guaranteed that it will be granted, although every possible effort will be made to satisfy your wishes. For reference this section must not be used to request additional occupants than that already permitted in the room you have selected. If you should need additonal beds once you have made your booking, you must contact us using our online form. We will then attempt to negotiate your request with the hotel and inform you of their decision.

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
The only method for cancelling or modifying your reservation is via the online form on Hotels in Iberia.com.

In any such communication you must supply your confirmation number, name and contact details (including your email address) and indicate whether you wish to place a cancellation or simply modify your booking. We will process your request and then inform you whether there is any cancellation fee charged by the hotel. (this is dependent on the terms and conditions of each hotel: the time of year, the amount of notice given etc.).

Please remember that we will not accept a cancellation or a modification of your reservation unless it has been made via the Hotels in Iberia.com website and essentially you are in possession of a confirmation of your booking from Iberia.com Hotels.

Independent of whether the hotel charges or does not charge a cancellation fee, Hotels in Iberia.com will charge an administrative fee of €30 for each cancelled reservation.

What identification do I need to check in at the hotel?
All you need to do, is simply give the name in which you made the reservation together with a copy of your confirmation email.

Where is my hotel?
The hotel's full address and phone number will be included in the confirmation email which we will send you once your hotel booking is completed. Also, the hotel's address is shown by clicking on the 'hotel details' link under the hotel's description on the website, in the new page that opens up, the hotel's address is found directly under the 'Hotel Information' heading. If you need more information please use the online form and we will be happy to help.

Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay you may either consult the Iberia.com Hotel's website and make a new booking or if you are already at the hotel, you may equire at the hotel reception. Our special rates are negotiated in advance with each hotel and often we are able to offer a lower price than would otherwise be available by booking through the hotel directly.

I can not find availability on the dates I wish?
We always shows up-to-date availability for all hotels on our website. If you are unable to find availability for your preferred hotel, do browse through the listing of our other hotels as you may well find something that is just as suitable. You may also contact us using the online form and we will attempt to find you a room in your preferred hotel.

What happens if I haven't received a confirmation email?
If you have not received your confirmation email within 4 hours of making a booking, please check your deleted items / 'Junk Mail' folder.

Most email accounts offer an unwanted mail filter service to protect you from junk mail, and it is possible that your confirmation has been mistakenly filtered by this service. We would also advise that you change your filter settings to allow lastminute.com mail through.

Can I change details of my booking?
If you've made a mistake completing your order or if something just doesn't look right on your confirmation email, contact us using our online form remembering to quote your order number.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you complete your booking, which will happen after you have submitted your credit card details and pressed the "buy now" button, you will reach a confirmation page on the website. Your booking is only complete once you reach this confirmation page.

You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

Both the email and the confirmation page contain the details and price of your order, along with your order number. You should quote this order number if you need to get in touch with us, as it will help us identify your order quickly.

If you do not see the confirmation page or receive the email, your booking may not have been confirmed. You can contact us using our online form to check this.

There is a mistake in my confirmation
If you see a mistake in your confirmation email, please contact us using our online form. One of our agents will be happy to help sort it out.
